Duties
· Monitor quality assurance activities- Samples and Cook tests-incoming receiving samples.
· Investigate non-conformance issues- Fill out Corrective action reports- metal in product rejected off all lines.
· Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities-cook tests- samples testing
· Check COA’s for incoming products
· Perform and document all swab testing, listeria, salmonella, APC, water, air and allergen, follow procedures. Send out to appropriate lab for testing. Record findings on log sheet. Retest if needed.
· Knowledge of all packaging equipment- Metal Detector, Weight checkers, printers and be able to assist production.
-Verify Sanitizer mix- Are the pph levels correctly and paperwork verified
· Follow quality assurance policies and procedures
· interpret and implement quality assurance standards
· Daily pallet verification and partials count
· Monitor sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data as performed by the QA Cook
· Monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
- Verify Process control Sheets, verify partials and finished pallets, verify all packaging paperwork for accuracy
Experience
- Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing setting, preferably involving medical devices or regulated industries.
- Hands on experience in baking
- Experience with calibration and use of measuring instruments such as height gauges, dial indicators, dial calipers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
- Demonstrated ability to perform quality audits, analyze data accurately, and interpret production documents effectively.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
