We are looking for a driven, ambitious, and hands-on Roofing and Exteriors Sales Manager to help lead the next phase of growth for our rapidly expanding exterior restoration company.
We are seeking a leader who thrives in the field, enjoys developing people, and wants to directly impact the success of an entire sales organization.
Previous sales management experience is required, however, are willing to invest in and train the right individual who possesses strong leadership qualities, a competitive mindset, and a passion for helping others succeed.
What You’ll Do
Leadership & Team Development
● Recruit, interview, and onboard top sales talent
● Coach and mentor sales representatives through hands-on field training
● Conduct ride-alongs, sales meetings, and performance reviews
● Create a culture of accountability, positivity, and high performance
● Help new representatives ramp up quickly and achieve success
Sales & Production Support
● Lead by example in the field
● Assist representatives with inspections, customer appointments, and closing opportunities
● Help troubleshoot challenges and remove obstacles for your team
● Ensure sales processes and company standards are consistently followed
● Work closely with operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Growth & Performance
● Drive team revenue and profitability goals
● Track key performance metrics and provide coaching where needed
● Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions
● Continuously recruit and develop future leaders within the organization
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of roofing sales experience, a proven track
record of performing at a high level, and is ready to take the next step in their career.

Requirements
● Minimum 2 years of roofing or exterior sales experience
● Proven history of consistent sales performance and goal achievement
● Strong understanding of storm restoration, insurance claims, and residential roofing
sales
● Leadership mindset with a passion for developing others
● Experience training, mentoring, or assisting newer sales representatives is a plus
● Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
● Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven
● Ability to recruit, inspire, and hold team members accountable
● Strong organizational and time management skills
● Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
