Our focus is on designing, manufacturing and distributing products for automotive, diesel, power-sports and specialty filter markets. Our supply chain network encompasses now branches across the Pacific and into South America.
This Shipping Coordinator is responsible for the timely processing of all outgoing shipments (LTL) in accordance with company operational and quality procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Shipping all customer orders by the required ship date
Confirming all product orders meet customer requirements
Scheduling all shipments via specified truck carriers
Research and utilize most economical delivery options
Generate applicable packing/shipping documents
Audit shipment quantity for accuracy
Confirm delivery of shipments with customer
Resolve any lost or mis-directed shipments via carrier and customer
Maintain proper storage of shipping documents
Maintaining warehouse supplies related to shipping function in an organized manner
Other duties as assigned
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma/GED or one to two years’ experience in warehouse distribution.
Be able to speak, write and understand English.
Experience in MS Excel and MS Word required
Attention to detail with alpha and numerical data
Knowledge of key corporate business systems required
