Position Overview:
The Senior Associate – Digital Platforms & Client Experience will play a key role in advancing the digital experience for Neuberger Wealth clients. This role centers on identifying and implementing client-centric enhancements to the client portal and mobile app, supporting seamless and efficient digital interactions. Additional responsibilities include client service data analysis in support of Neuberger wealth teams, driving the evolution of client reporting solutions, and managing the distribution of client communications. Success in this role calls for a genuine interest in elevating client experiences and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Primary Responsibilities:
Identify and recommend client-centric enhancements to the online client portal and app to drive meaningful improvements in the overall client experience
Partner with internal technology teams and third-party fintech firms to define requirements and perform quality assurance on new features, confirming solutions are aligned with objectives and meet quality standards
Support the client portal by addressing inquiries from Neuberger wealth teams, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and documenting solutions to prevent recurrence
Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Legal & Compliance, Operations, and Technology, to define, draft, and distribute external client communications
Leverage Salesforce advisor book data to analyze client segments, assess the reach and impact of client communications, and translate insights from large data sets into actionable outcomes using tools such as Excel and Tableau
Evaluate current communication processes and recommend operational and technological improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Present upcoming process and system enhancements, as well as planned client communications, to Neuberger wealth teams to maintain awareness of firm-wide and industry events and initiatives
Experience & Skills Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in wealth management or private banking, with a focus on client portals, reporting, and communications
Experience with client-facing online access platforms is a plus, with the ability to support and enhance digital client interactions
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across business units and support functions to achieve shared goals
Detail-oriented and organized, with strong follow-up skills to support accuracy, timely completion of tasks, and effective project tracking
Proven ability to take initiative, drive projects forward, and lead meetings to deliver results

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $90,000-$110,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package.
