Bilingual Production Supervisor - Direct Hire - Food Industry
The Operations Supervisor position is located in the Buford, GA area and offers a direct hire opportunity. This company is known for its commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards in all plant operations.
Shift of the Operations Supervisor:
5am - 3pm, 3pm - 2am (first and second shift)
Salary of the Operations Supervisor:
65000 - 75000/yr
Responsibilities of the Operations Supervisor:
- Oversee all plant operations during second shift hours to meet production goals and safety protocols.
- Coordinate activities of supervisory staff to ensure departmental efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to GMPs, safety standards, and company policies at all times.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to staff for continuous improvement and accountability.
- Work with the maintenance department to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
Qualifications of the Operations Supervisor:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of GMPs and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience coordinating with maintenance teams for equipment efficiency.
