Position Summary
Centennial Worldwide Chauffeured Transportation is seeking professional, dependable, and customer-focused Luxury Chauffeurs to join our growing team. This position is responsible for providing safe, reliable, discreet, and high-quality transportation services for executive, corporate, VIP, and private clients throughout Denver and surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate maintains a polished and professional appearance, communicates effectively, demonstrates outstanding customer service skills, and takes pride in delivering a luxury experience at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport clients to and from airports, hotels, meetings, events, private residences, and other destinations
- Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Assist passengers with luggage, doors, and special accommodations as needed
- Monitor traffic, road conditions, weather, and flight schedules to ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness, fueling, presentation, and overall condition of assigned luxury vehicles
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance concerns
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and management regarding schedules, delays, and trip updates
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client identities, travel plans, and conversations
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies, safety procedures, and chauffeur service standards
- Adapt professionally to changing schedules, last-minute requests, and high-profile client expectations
- Utilize GPS navigation, dispatch software, mobile applications, and communication tools effectively
- Safely operate vehicles in various road and weather conditions including snow, rain, mountain driving, and long-distance trips
- Lift, carry, and handle luggage weighing up to 70 lbs
- Perform frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, and passenger assistance duties
- Sit and drive for extended periods of time while maintaining alertness and professionalism
- Maintain strong visual acuity and situational awareness to ensure safe vehicle operation and passenger safety
- Maintain focus, composure, and professionalism during long shifts and changing road conditions
- Wear a professional business suit, dress shirt, tie, and dress shoes at all times while on duty
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must successfully pass background checks, motor vehicle record checks, and pre-employment drug testing
- Previous chauffeur, executive transportation, hospitality, luxury service, or customer service experience preferred
- Professional appearance, demeanor, and communication skills required
- Strong knowledge of Denver metropolitan areas, airports, hotels, and surrounding regions preferred
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and courteous under pressure
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call schedules
- Basic technology skills including smartphone, GPS, and mobile application usage required
- Familiarity with chauffeur transportation software is a plus
- Training provided for qualified candidates
- Candidates must have their own reliable mode of transportation to and from work assignments, vehicle pickup locations, training, and company facilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience serving executive, celebrity, corporate, or VIP clientele
- Knowledge of luxury vehicles and vehicle care standards
- Defensive driving certification preferred
- Airport operations and FBO experience is a plus
