· Familiar with Microsoft 365 Office, primarily Word, Excel, and Outlook. Comfortable learning new systems and programs.

· Data Entry/Data Review
· EDI and NuORDER
· Zendesk
· INFOR M3
· Internal sales experience
As a customer service representative, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to ensure desired company growth. A normal day for an Aetrex Customer Service involves:
· Handle customer interactions – calls, emails, and chats.
· Respond to customer requests, promptly and accurately.
· Data (order) entry, and modifications.
· NO COLD CALLING!!!
