Key Responsibilities
· Lead daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
· Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
· Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders
· Create a positive, energetic, and team-oriented workplace culture
· Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
· Count drawers and complete paperwork
· Lead shifts effectively while motivating and supporting the team
· Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment
· Serve as a role model by demonstrating strong leadership and accountability

Preferred Qualifications
· 1+ years of restaurant management or leadership experience preferred
· Experience in quick-service, family dining, or hospitality environments is a plus
· High School Diploma or equivalent required
· Must be at least 18 years of age

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
