Staffing First is seeking a Physician Assistant to fill a strategic, full-time, Direct Hire position with a highly innovative International Research Facility in Phoenix, AZ. This leading clinical research organization conducts trials for groundbreaking new therapies across an array of medical specialties. We're seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Physician Assistant to join a dynamic team as a Sub-Investigator.
Predictable Monday–Friday hours, no on-call, no nights, no weekends — a rare balance of intellectual challenge and real work-life stability.
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time, Direct Hire, Permanent position
- Monday–Friday, regular business hours — no on-call, nights, or weekends
- $130,000–$140,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Serve as a Sub-Investigator (Sub-I) on multiple clinical trials, working under the direction of the Principal Investigator (PI)
- Conduct thorough pre-screening, screening, and enrollment of potential study participants per protocol eligibility criteria
- Perform comprehensive physical exams, review medical histories, and assess concomitant medications
- Execute all study-related procedures per protocol, including vital signs, ECGs, phlebotomy, and administration of investigational products
- Monitor and assess patient safety, including identification, documentation, and reporting of AEs and SAEs
- Ensure data integrity through meticulous, timely completion of source documentation and eCRFs
- Educate study participants clearly on the trial, procedures, and their responsibilities
- Collaborate with CRCs, sponsors, and monitors to ensure study conduct adheres to FDA regulations and GCP guidelines

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) program
- Current PA-C certification from the NCCPA
- Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant license in Arizona
- Current DEA license
- Preferred 1-2 years of experience working in clinical research
