Mandatory Skills & Experience • Strong hands-on experience with SAP Payroll (US) and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) • Proven experience working in an AMS (Application Managed Services) environment • Deep expertise in ECP configuration, integration, and ongoing maintenance • Strong experience with schemas, PCRs, wage types, GL posting, and payroll troubleshooting • Experience integrating ECP with SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors Employee Central, and third-party systems (e.g., benefits, time, finance) US Payroll Expertise (Required) • In-depth knowledge of US payroll tax regulations (federal, state, and local) • Strong understanding of IRS requirements, W-2 processing, overpayments, and garnishments
