Join our veterinary team in a relatively relaxed, non-corporate small animal clinic.
Duties
- *Experience with anesthesia and working in the field is a MUST*
- Understanding the concept and application of Fear Free Handling
- Assist veterinarians during examinations, surgeries, and diagnostic procedures using aseptic techniques and proper animal restraint methods
- Perform laboratory tests, analyze results, and maintain accurate records to support diagnosis and treatment plans
- Handle animals safely and confidently, including dog handling, animal restraint, and animal husbandry practices.
- Take radiographs (X-ray) ensuring proper positioning and safety protocols are followed
- Support pet owners with pet care advice, including feeding, grooming, and behavioral training such as dog training techniques
No weekends or emergency work.
Practice is cloud-based digital and just opened 5.5 years ago, so everything is new! Two doctor practice. Very efficient. Drama is not tolerated among staff OR from clients.
