Requirements:
- Current Texas CNA certification in good standing
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to positively engage residents, family, visitors and team members
- Professional appearance
- Performing assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in accordance with best practices, policies and procedures
- Must pass pre-employment screening
Preferred:
- Direct patient care in a n Assisted Living/Skilled Nursing setting
- Computer literate and knowledge of Point Click Care
- Long-term care/nursing home experience
- Ability to occasionally pick-up additional shifts
