The Client Services team is responsible for day to day operations and management of leased and owned facilities, ensuring business is conducted in a clean, safe and efficient work environment and that the value of the Company’s physical assets is protected and enhanced.
Required Responsibilities

Support the Manager, Client Services with a primary focus on food and beverage operations across onsite cafés and service areas.

Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and food service vendors, including Starbucks, to support daily operations, administrative needs, and kitchen maintenance/repair coordination.

Supervisor must have experience with subsidy review, budget management, and forecasting

Maintain an active onsite presence to oversee café operations (e.g., Hyperion Café and Starbucks), including monitoring customer flow, queue management, seating availability, and overall cleanliness to enhance the employee experience.

Act as a primary point of contact for food and beverage vendors, ensuring alignment with service standards, operational expectations, and client goals.

Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, including food quality, presentation, service delivery, and adherence to health, safety, and company compliance standards.

Partner with vendors to review and optimize menu offerings based on employee feedback, dietary preferences, and seasonal trends.

Address and resolve employee and client feedback related to café services in a timely and effective manner.

Track and report on café performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for operational improvements.

Oversee sustainability and compliance initiatives of food and beverage operations, including gathering required reporting data and coordinating with West Coast partners to ensure accurate café performance and compliance tracking.

Coordinate with third-party vendors to support operational needs, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.

Manage Tenant Services programs related to workplace cafés, including coffee and water service operations, equipment repair and maintenance tracking, and ensuring appropriate signage and communication are in place
Required Education

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management/ Food & Beverage operations (or related field) or 2+ years of relevant experience
Required Experience

2+ years experience supporting food and beverage operations/ workplace hospitality

Experience tracking budgets and knowledge of subsidy reporting

Experience with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations applicable to food service operations.

Food safety, handling and quality management certifications (ex. HACCP, ServSafe, etc.)
The hiring range for this position in New York is $75,500.00-$101,200.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
