Wealth Management Associate’s schedule and location: You will be located at our office in Clearwater, FL., and will have a schedule of Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm. .
Your Mission as Wealth Management Associate:
Summary
As an Wealth Management Associate, you'll be helping to improve the lives of our clients and the well-being of their financial picture with solutions, education, and advice. This specialist manages a portfolio of business clients by maintaining relationships and providing financial advice with a focus on client experience and risk management. Csenge Advisory Group is looking for a specialist to develop new business and deepen existing relationships for our clients. Additionally, they are responsible for the completion of the essential duties and responsibilities outlined below:
A successful Wealth Management Associate will:
· Provide the best client advice and service while developing relationships to ensure a seamless client experience.
Regular communication with existing clients to discuss service or planning related needs.
Strive to build and enhance relationships with existing clients to help build wallet share.
Outbound communication with existing and prospective clients gathering information needed for advisor meetings.
· Identify new processes and best practices necessary to effectively maintain and build relationships with clients and prospects.
Advisor Support Responsibilities:
· The Wealth Management Associate position will focus on servicing, engaging, building, and strengthening the client base for which they are responsible for supporting.
· Lead end – to – end onboarding and maintenance of new and existing clients: sending out new paperwork, collecting contra-firm account statements and completing account transfers.
· Meet with clients to conduct plan review meetings/presentations, on an “as-needed” basis.
· Manage pre-and-post client meeting tasks: preparation of meeting material, post-review meeting minutes, plan amendments, fund changes, etc.
· Dedicated operational and sales support to Advisors, including help prepare financial plan for Advisors.
· Attend client events to enhance relationships.
Client Services Responsibilities:
· Complete applications and paperwork with clients, reviewing for completeness and accuracy.
· Reconcile ACATs with received positions.
· Answer client questions regarding accounts, funds, and policies; deliver policies.
· Arrange client withdrawals, wire instructions, check requests and ACH debits/credits.
· Process beneficiary changes.
· Ongoing client contact and communications.
· Prepare cost basis for investment recommendations in financial review.
· Process monthly distributions.
· Check advisory accounts for quarterly fees.
· Check requests.
· Compute & process RMDs; Process changes of address; Change of beneficiary requests
· Cost basis calculations.
· Bank draft changes – Investment accounts and insurance policies.
· Set up clients on Orion, Wealthbox, and other appropriate systems.
Desired qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation or currently studying for the CFP® preferred
- Minimum three (3) years in the financial services industry
- Appropriate licenses and designations for position, or willing to obtain
- Excellent ability to master new programs & technology.
- Experience with Wealthbox, Orion, eMoney, & other wealth management software is preferred.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Attention to detail with ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience and performance:
- Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
- Short-Term Incentive Bonus
