We're looking for an energetic, positive, dependable team member who enjoys both working with patients and keeping a busy office running smoothly.
Your Role
This is a hybrid position involving both front office responsibilities and patient care.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Scheduling appointments and answering phones
- Collecting payments
- Maintaining an organized front desk
- Assisting patients with therapies (Laser, shockwave, electrotherapy, decompression, etc)
- Preparing treatment rooms
- Educating patients on our services
- Supporting doctors and teammates throughout the day
- Helping create an exceptional patient experience

Healthcare experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right person.
Schedule
Approximately 25-30+ hours per week
