Accounts Payable Coordinator/Management Assistant (Part-Time)Central Realty – St. Louis, MO
Central Realty is a small, collaborative team focused on hands-on commercial property management and strong relationships with our tenants and clients. We’re looking for a part-time Accounts Payable Coordinator/Management Assistant to help oversee day-to-day operations across a portfolio of properties while delivering responsive service and keeping projects moving.
This role is designed for approximately 20 hours per week, with a preference for morning availability. We offer flexibility in scheduling and a laid-back, supportive office environment where people work closely together and enjoy what they do. The hourly range for this position is $25-30 per hour depending on experience.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate maintenance and repair projects, including scheduling, vendor communication, and follow-up
- Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant questions, concerns, and service requests
- Manage accounts payable and process invoices accurately across multiple properties
- Track operating budgets and assist with financial oversight and reporting
- Monitor property needs and help prioritize maintenance and capital projects
- Build strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, and ownership groups
- Support inspections and help maintain high standards across the portfolio
What We’re Looking For
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities and projects
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in property management, real estate, operations, accounting, or a related field preferred
- Ability to manage budgets and financial information with accuracy
- Comfortable working independently while being part of a close-knit team
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and property/accounting systems is a plus
- Experience with Rent Manager would be an asset
