Compensation:
$45,000 – $60,000 per year
Responsibilities:-
Greet customers with professionalism and a positive attitude

Educate customers about windshield repair services

Assist customers with insurance claim information and required documentation

Recommend additional services, including window tint, hail damage repair, headlight restoration, and mobile auto glass service

Maintain accurate customer records

Provide excellent customer service

Identify damage or vehicle needs

Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
Qualifications:-
No experience required—paid training provided

Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
