Position Summary
As a Vehicle Sales Professional, you will assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, from initial contact and vehicle selection to delivery and follow-up. You will represent the dealership professionally while providing an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options.
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and product presentations.
- Accompany customers on test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up with leads generated through phone, internet, and showroom traffic.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance objectives.
- Maintain knowledge of current vehicle inventory, incentives, and manufacturer programs.
- Participate in dealership and community events as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible schedules.
- Basic computer and technology skills.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements.
