Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs
- Provide detailed information about our storage buildings, and financing options to help customers make informed decisions
- Process transactions accurately using cash handling, and technology
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and following up as needed
- Uphold company policies and procedures related to cash handling, security, and compliance standards
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments ideal, but willing to train the right person
- Strong communication, computer skills, and a positive can- do attitude are a must
- Ability to handle cash accurately and manage the online ordering portal
- Ability to work independently or within a team while maintaining attention to detail
