Duties
- Lead the sales and marketing to target new corporate accounts and construction projects.
- Lead and supervise front desk staff, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
- Manage shift schedules, delegate tasks, and oversee daily operations to maintain smooth workflow
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote services, events, and amenities to guests
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and resolve issues promptly with professionalism
- Oversee cash handling procedures, billing accuracy, and financial transactions at the front desk
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate event management and special guest requests
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, guest feedback, staffing needs, and operational challenges
- Supervise staff training programs to enhance team skills in customer service, sales techniques, and technical proficiency
Skills
- Proven experience in <PERSON> roles or similar hospitality positions with a focus on sales management
- Strong leadership qualities with demonstrated staff supervision and team management capabilities
- Expertise in events management and coordinating large or small-scale functions
- Excellent report writing skills for documenting performance metrics and operational insights
- Management experience with the ability to oversee shift management effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with guest services expertise
- Proficiency in cash handling systems, reservation software, and technical tools relevant to hospitality operations
- Background in restaurant or resort environments is highly desirable for understanding hospitality nuances
- Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience in hospitality settings is preferred
Compensation
Base Hourly rate of $12 plus incentives to make up to $18 with monthly bonus based on performance of new sales revenue.
