Commercial construction experience is important, but we believe character, leadership, and the ability to think critically matter just as much as years of experience. If you’re the person others rely on when challenges arise, we’d like to meet you.
About the Role
As Superintendent, you’ll lead commercial construction projects from groundbreaking through completion. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, maintain project schedules, ensure quality workmanship, promote jobsite safety, and serve as the primary field representative for our clients.
Our projects require someone who communicates well, builds trust, and enjoys working with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and fellow team members.
What You’ll Do
● Manage daily field operations on commercial construction projects.
● Coordinate subcontractors and maintain project schedules.
● Maintain a safe, organized, and professional jobsite.
● Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail.
● Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, architects, and inspectors.
● Identify issues early and develop practical solutions.
● Mentor field personnel and help create a positive team environment.
What We’re Looking For
● Experience supervising commercial construction projects (ground-up experience preferred).
● Strong organizational and communication skills.
● Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
● A proactive problem solver who takes ownership.
● Calm under pressure and able to make sound decisions.
● High personal integrity and professionalism.
● Proficiency with construction technology such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software is a plus.
● OSHA 30 certification is a plus but not required.
Don’t meet every qualification? If you’re confident you can do the job and are eager to grow, we encourage you to apply.
