Job Overview:
Alvarez Plumbing Co is seeking an experienced Plumbing Estimator to join our team. This role focuses primarily on residential plumbing projects with occasional light commercial work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building customer relationships, producing accurate estimates, coordinating with field and production teams, and helping drive projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
- Prepare detailed and competitive estimates for residential plumbing projects, including re-pipes, sewer replacements, and occasional light commercial applications.
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with plumbing technicians, production staff, and management to ensure smooth project execution.
- Handle incoming leads from service technicians as well as new customer inquiries, processing estimates accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with production and plumbing teams to ensure job readiness.
- Document estimates, job details, and customer communication using ServiceTitan.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, organization, and follow-through throughout the estimating process.
Qualifications:

3+ years of plumbing estimating experience.
- Strong hands-on plumbing knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems and industry standards.
- Minimum 1 year of experience using ServiceTitan preferred.
- Strong math and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines at once.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Plumbing license or certification preferred.
