About the Role
As a Metal Forming Specialist, you will serve as a vital member of our production team, utilizing your expertise in manual press brake operations to transform raw metal into high-precision components. Your work directly impacts our ability to deliver quality parts, ensuring that every bend meets exact engineering standards while maintaining high throughput.
Responsibilities-
Configure and manage manual press brake machinery to achieve precise metal forming results.

Analyze complex technical blueprints and fabrication schematics to establish efficient bending sequences and select appropriate tooling.

Verify component integrity by performing rigorous quality inspections against specified tolerances.

Optimize equipment uptime by conducting proactive maintenance and resolving operational mechanical issues.

Foster a culture of safety and organization by strictly adhering to workplace protocols and maintaining a clean production environment.

Qualifications-
High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Demonstrated proficiency in manual press brake operation and metal fabrication.

Experience operating major press brake brands such as Amada, Cincinnati, or Pacific.
