Position Overview
AEC Therapy is seeking an enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist to join our pediatric outpatient clinic in Alpharetta.
The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide evaluation and treatment services to children with speech, language, social communication, feeding, and swallowing disorders while collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary pediatric therapy team.
This is a full-time, one-year contract with the opportunity for continued employment based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform pediatric speech-language evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Treat children with speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, social communication, and feeding disorders.
- Educate parents and caregivers.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with PTs, OTs, ABA professionals, physicians, and families.
- Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning.
Qualifications
Required
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Georgia SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs may be considered if applicable)
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred
- Pediatric outpatient experience
- Experience treating Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Feeding and swallowing experience
- Knowledge of AAC devices and language development
- Experience administering standardized pediatric speech and language assessments

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
