We are seeking a reliable commercial janitorial contractor to provide recurring cleaning services for a government office building in Spearfish, South Dakota.
This is an ongoing contract opportunity for experienced commercial cleaning professionals who can provide consistent, high-quality janitorial services.
Responsibilities
- Daily office cleaning
- Restroom cleaning and sanitization
- Vacuuming and hard floor maintenance
- Trash removal and liner replacement
- Dusting offices, furniture, blinds, and common areas
- Break room and conference room cleaning
- Interior glass cleaning
- Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual scheduled cleaning tasks
- Secure the building after each cleaning shift
Requirements
- Experience providing commercial janitorial services
- Ability to perform after-hours cleaning
- Must provide all cleaning supplies and equipment
- Reliable transportation
- Professional communication
- Ability to perform recurring scheduled services
Pay: $28.21 - $34.67 per hour
