Pay: $14.00/hour for the first 2 weeks, increasing to $15.00/hour based on satisfactory performance

Stable, on-site production role in a growing food operation
Job Description:

Inspects, cleans, and trims fruits and root vegetables, removing damaged areas, spoilage, mold, or other quality defects.

Grades products by size, weight, appearance, and quality, then repacks and labels according to company specifications.

Assembles boxes, organizes products for orders, and assists with staging, loading, and unloading as needed.

Records production quantities, lot numbers, and required information while meeting production goals without compromising quality or safety.

Maintains a clean, sanitary work area and follows all food-safety, PPE, and workplace-safety policies.

Job Requirements: (Mandatory Requirements Only)

1 year of warehouse experience

Able to speak, understand, and communicate in Spanish

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced refrigerated environment (30°F–47°F)

Ability to stand for extended periods, lift/carry/push/pull, and perform repetitive physical tasks

Ability to safely use knives and other approved cutting tools

Strong attention to detail, dependability, punctuality, and teamwork
