- Adept in multifamily operations, including leasing, renewals, move-ins/move-outs, rent collection, maintenance coordination, vendor oversight, and compliance tracking
- Technical fluency with RealPage, OneSite, and MS Office supporting multi-building portfolio management
- Proven track record managing diverse housing assets, including market-rate, Section 8, townhomes, duplexes, and mixed-use communities while meeting monthly leasing targets
- Calm, people-first communicator known for cultural fluency, tenant rapport, operational consistency, and positive team collaboration across onsite environments
Pay: $70,000.00 per year
