岗位背景
随着目前美西及美东各仓库工单中维修类需求持续增加，为提高维修工单处理效率、减少等待时间，并提升各区域仓库对维修需求的响应能力，计划在美西和美东区域各配置一名维修专员。考虑到维修工作具有一定技术门槛，岗位初期优先安排在已有稳定维修需求的 ONT 和 PHL 仓库，主要负责所在区域的日常维修、拆装及相关技术类工单。
主要工作职责
- 负责仓库日常维修类工单的处理，主要维修范围包括但不限于：
- 电动车（E-bike / Electric Bike）
- Scooter / 电动滑板车
- 小型家具
- 其他常见消费品及可维修类产品
- 根据产品问题进行基础故障判断、检查、拆解、维修、测试及恢复组装。
- 负责配件拆装、更换、重新安装等相关工单需求，包括但不限于：
- 零部件更换
- 损坏部件拆除
- 新配件安装
- 产品重新组装
- 基础功能测试
- 对于特殊或非标准维修需求，能够根据 SOP、维修手册、操作文档、图片或视频指引 独立完成相关操作。
- 按照工单要求准确记录维修情况，包括：
- 故障现象
- 维修步骤
- 更换配件
- 处理结果
- 无法维修的原因
- 维修完成后进行基础功能测试和质量确认，确保产品达到工单要求。
- 根据需要配合处理其他技术类或动手操作类工单。
- 合理使用和保管维修工具、配件及相关设备，保持维修区域整洁有序。
- 及时反馈重复性故障、常见产品问题及维修过程中发现的异常情况，为后续 SOP 优化和维修流程改进提供建议。
任职要求
- 动手能力强，具备良好的拆装、维修和问题排查能力。
- 有基础机械、电器、电动车、自行车、Scooter、家具安装维修或相关工作经验者优先。
- 能够理解并按照 SOP、操作手册或维修文档完成工作。
- 具备基本电脑操作能力，能够：
- 查看和处理工单
- 使用浏览器及常用办公软件
- 查阅电子版 SOP 和操作文档
- 完成简单的维修记录和信息录入
- 具备较强的学习能力，能够快速熟悉不同产品结构及维修流程。
- 工作认真负责，注重细节和维修质量。
- 能够独立完成任务，同时具备良好的沟通与团队协作能力。
- 能适应仓库工作环境，并根据业务需要处理不同类型的维修及拆装任务。

岗位核心定位该岗位以 维修业务为主，以 配件拆装、产品组装及其他技术类工单处理为辅。希望候选人具备较强的实际动手能力，并能够根据标准化文件独立完成不同类型的维修任务。
Position Background
As the demand for repair-related work orders continues to increase at both our West Coast and East Coast warehouses, we are planning to assign one Repair Technician to each region in order to improve repair work order processing efficiency, reduce waiting time, and enhance each warehouse's ability to respond to repair requests.Considering that repair work requires a certain level of technical skills, the positions will initially be assigned to the ONT and PHL warehouses, where there is already a stable volume of repair work. The primary responsibility will be handling daily repairs, product disassembly/assembly, and other technical work orders within the assigned region.Work Location

- Specific shifts will be arranged based on warehouse operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily repair work orders in the warehouse. Products to be repaired include, but are not limited to:
- E-bikes (Electric Bikes)
- Scooters
- Small furniture
- Other common consumer products and repairable items
- Perform basic troubleshooting, inspection, disassembly, repair, testing, and reassembly based on product issues.
- Handle parts disassembly, replacement, and reinstallation work orders, including but not limited to:
- Component replacement
- Removal of damaged parts
- Installation of new components
- Product reassembly
- Basic functional testing
- Independently complete special or non-standard repair tasks by following SOPs, repair manuals, operating documents, pictures, or video instructions.
- Accurately record repair information according to work order requirements, including:
- Failure symptoms
- Repair procedures
- Parts replaced
- Repair results
- Reasons why the product could not be repaired
- Perform basic functional testing and quality verification after repairs to ensure products meet work order requirements.
- Assist with other technical or hands-on work orders as needed.
- Properly use and maintain repair tools, spare parts, and related equipment, and keep the repair area clean and organized.
- Report recurring failures, common product issues, and any abnormalities discovered during the repair process, and provide suggestions for future SOP optimization and repair process improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on skills with good disassembly, repair, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience in mechanical repair, electrical repair, E-bikes, bicycles, scooters, furniture assembly/repair, or related work is preferred.
- Ability to understand and follow SOPs, operating manuals, and repair documentation.
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to:
- View and process work orders
- Use web browsers and common office software
- Review electronic SOPs and operating documents
- Complete basic repair records and data entry
- Strong learning ability and the ability to quickly become familiar with different product structures and repair procedures.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to repair quality.
- Able to work independently while also demonstrating good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work in a warehouse environment and handle different types of repair, assembly, and disassembly tasks according to business needs.

Compensation
- Starting Pay: $25/hour
- After successful completion of probation: $26/hour
Position Summary
This position primarily focuses on repair work, with parts replacement, product assembly/disassembly, and other technical work orders serving as secondary responsibilities. We are looking for candidates with strong hands-on skills who can independently complete different types of repair tasks by following standardized documentation.
