We're looking for board-certified PMHNPs who enjoy private practice without the overhead of going it alone. Based in North Grafton, MA — a beautiful, accessible community in the heart of central Massachusetts — we are building a collaborative group practice environment where clinicians thrive. We're looking for clinicians who bring:
- Board certification — PMHNP-BC
- Active Massachusetts licensure and independent unrestricted DEA registration
- At least 2 years of experience in psychiatric advanced practice
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Professional malpractice insurance
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with adults, teens, or families in an office or telehealth setting
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of therapeutic relationship process
- Experience working with commercially insured adults and/or teens
The structure:
1099 contractor positions available. This is a primarily in-person role based at our North Grafton, MA office, with some flexibility for remote sessions where clinically appropriate and compliant with prescribing and insurance requirements.
We'll handle credentialing, billing, scheduling, and a state-of-the-art EHR system. You bring your expertise and team centric attitude. Together, we'll build something meaningful.
