About the Role
As a Stock Associate, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency. You will be responsible for managing inventory, organizing storage areas, and ensuring that our products are stocked and prepared for sales. You will work closely with the team to maintain high standards of organization and efficiency, directly contributing to a seamless experience for our customers.
What You'll Do
Inventory & Stock Management
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips.
- Unpack, sort, and organize merchandise into designated stockroom locations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock counts and audits.
- Replenish sales floor displays promptly to ensure products are always available for customers.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement and inventory adjustments.
Operations & Organization
- Keep the stockroom and storage areas clean, safe, and highly organized.
- Process outbound shipments, returns, and damages according to company policy.
- Utilize handheld scanners and inventory management software to track products.
- Assist in setting up seasonal displays or promotional floor sets.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed when moving and lifting heavy items.
Administrative & Team Support
- Communicate stock shortages or overages to management promptly.
- Collaborate with sales staff to fulfill customer requests or locate specific items.
- Assist with general facility upkeep and light administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain a positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
What We're Looking For
