If you have experience in bartending, waitressing, door-to-door sales, insurance, or retail, your hustle will translate directly into high commission checks here. No industry experience? No problem. We provide a top-tier, 5-day in office training program to give you every tool you need to succeed (additional integrated field training provided over the course of the first 2 months of employment) .

What You Will Do
- Door Knocking: Proactively knock on doors in storm-damaged neighborhoods to engage with homeowners directly.
- Independent Networking: Build your own local referral networks and prospect pipelines to self-generate all sales opportunities.
- Property Inspections: Climb ladders to inspect and document residential properties for wind and hail storm damage.
- Homeowner Guidance: Meet face-to-face with homeowners to guide them through the insurance process, ensuring they get the most out of their claim and get their roof replaced.
- Adjuster Meetings: Meet with insurance adjusters to make sure homeowners are given fair consideration for their claim.
- Close Deals: Help clients sign restoration agreements to finalize their exterior projects.
