Summary:
The Body Technician is responsible for performing vehicle collision repair work as assigned in accordance with dealer, factory, and insurance company standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy
- Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
- Document work performed and recommended on the repair order.
- Road-test vehicles when required
- Keep shop area neat and clean and be able to account for all dealership- owned tools at all times.
- Understands, stays abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.
- Wear appropriate protection equipment
- Any other duties requested by management
