COMPENSATION VARIES AND IS BASED UPON EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
We are a private preschool looking for a Preschool Director to lead an engaging and age appropriate early learning environment. This person will be responsible for managing all aspects of a typical preschool, including staff, curriculum, enrollment, parent communication, etc. Applicant must be knowledgeable in Title 22 and have experience creating a preschool program that incorporates the various domains of development. Further, this individual must be experienced in leading a team and supporting their growth and development. Responsibilities: *Responsibilities:* * lead and mentor the staff of the Early Education program * Lead staff meetings * Supervise all staff directly and indirectly * Maintain enrollment in classrooms * Oversee the maintenance and update all student files * Attend meetings and conferences with parents, teachers, and educational specialists * Assist in the interview process of hiring teaching staff * Participate in all Open houses, parent coffees, and other events * Develop relationships in the community * Mediate staff conflict and resolution

Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
