About the Role
Verum AV Solutions is a fast-growing provider of professional audiovisual systems for live events and installations. We’re seeking a full-time Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our Conroe, TX facility - ensuring every piece of gear is prepared, organized, and maintained to the highest standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, physical environment and takes pride in precision, safety, and readiness. You’ll oversee warehouse operations, guide crew members, and help build custom solutions that keep our events running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Planning
- Manage all daily warehouse activity, including gear prep, load-outs, returns, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with Production Managers and department leads to ensure accurate, timely gear pulls and efficient show turnaround.
- Oversee and train all warehouse staff and crew, setting clear standards for performance and accountability.
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation, inventory records, and logistics schedules.
Warehouse Operations
- Implement and maintain organizational systems for efficient use of warehouse space and rapid access to frequently used equipment.
- Perform minor repairs and cleaning of equipment; tag and report damaged gear as needed.
- Track and manage inventory using company software (Rentman or similar).
- Oversee shipping and receiving for all gear, rentals, and new purchases.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant warehouse environment at all times.
Custom Fabrication & Equipment Support
- Apply basic woodworking and fabrication skills to build and maintain custom road cases, racks, and gear storage solutions.
- Collaborate with leadership on shop layout, materials, and improvements to optimize workflow and storage efficiency.
- Ensure all cases and fabricated components meet Verum AV’s standards for quality, durability, and presentation.
Fleet & Facility Oversight
- Coordinate maintenance and cleanliness of company vehicles; schedule inspections, oil changes, and service appointments.
- Support building maintenance, supply restocking, and general facility readiness.
- Ensure compliance with safety and DOT requirements; maintain documentation for vehicle inspections and driver logs.
Performance Goals

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse, AV, logistics, or production environments (preferred).
- Familiarity with professional audio, video, and lighting equipment (strong plus).
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and time management skills.
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Basic woodworking or carpentry skills required.
- Past knowledge or willingness to learn CNC machinery.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems, Google Workspace, or similar software.
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus (training available if needed).
