Department: Adult Day Services-Lawton
Position: Activity and Transportation Coordinator
Rate of Pay: Based on experience
Duties/Responsibilities: The Activity and Transportation Coordinator will be assigned responsibilities for conducting daily activities with the participants and documenting activities, as well as assisting with lunch time duties and transportation.
Qualifications:
Must be able to work cooperatively with all staff, participants, and outside agencies
Must be able to pass Drug Screen and Background Check
Must have Valid Driver’s License
