- Maintain cleanliness of workstations by regularly cleaning utensils, cutting boards, and surfaces in compliance with food safety regulations
- Follow strict food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness of ingredients
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate fruit preparation tasks efficiently during busy service times
- Adhere to recipe specifications and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality
