Description & Responsibilities
TEL is looking for a domain specialist (Instructional Staff) to evaluate, assign a grade, and provide feedback for rubric-based, complex written assignments in our online courses. Instructional Staff must have a Bachelor’s degree in the subject area to qualify. We provide rubrics and training on how to offer feedback to students. Assignments should take no longer than 10 – 20 minutes to grade. You will report to our Instructional Services manager and have an overseeing instructor to check your subject expertise and help provide you with professional development.
