Foxtrot Construction is a full-service facilities maintenance company serving California, Washington, and Oregon. We support retailers, financial institutions, restaurants, and government agencies with complete maintenance and construction solutions. Foxtrot is a multifaceted organization with dedicated departments for facility maintenance, fueling, project management, and modular construction.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Dispatch in a company vehicle to perform general repairs at commercial locations throughout the state.
- Install new equipment, fixtures, appliances, and other materials as needed.
- Maintain company vehicles in good working condition.
- Prepare service reports, document work completed, and communicate with dispatch and supervisors as required.
- Perform special assignments and additional tasks as assigned.
- Provide courteous, professional, and excellent customer service to clients and co-workers.
- Follow directions, procedures, and safety guidelines while effectively multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Work independently and efficiently to complete assigned maintenance requests.
Work Environment:
This position operates in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment. Employees may be exposed to varying weather conditions, temperatures, noise levels, dust, dirt, and other airborne particles while working indoors and outdoors at commercial job sites. The role may involve exposure to potentially hazardous conditions associated with machinery, power tools, equipment operation, and material handling. Employees are required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel-toed boots and other safety gear as necessary.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires frequent standing, walking, kneeling, bending, twisting, climbing ladders, reaching above shoulder level, pushing/pulling, and repetitive hand and wrist motions throughout the workday. Employees must regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift more than 50 pounds with assistance when necessary. The role also requires close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus while performing maintenance tasks. Employees must be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position efficiently and safely. Requirements:

- Ability to climb ladders safely and work at varying heights.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay:
· $25 - $30 an hour
