Dispatcher / Scheduling Coordinator — No Experience? We'll Train You.

Great at keeping things organized, staying calm under pressure, and juggling a dozen things at once? That's really all we need to start — we'll teach you the rest. As our Scheduling & Route Coordinator (aka Dispatcher/Scheduler), you'll be the go-to person keeping technicians on the road, customers informed, and the whole day running smoothly.
A Day in This Role Looks Like:
- Building smart, efficient routes for our technicians
- Fielding calls and keeping customers in the loop on their appointments
- Solving the curveballs — a cancellation here, a delay there — before they become problems
- Keeping our systems accurate so nothing falls through the cracks
- Working closely with your office and field teammates to keep customers happy
What You Bring:
- A knack for staying organized and multitasking without dropping the ball
- Comfortable talking to customers on the phone
- Willingness to learn our scheduling systems — full training provided
- No dispatch/scheduling experience required, though it's a plus
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
