Key roles and responsibilities / activities
Linux device:
Procurement of Linux devices – ordering & procurement of equipment
Imaging of Linux devices
Installation of applications – a list will be provided – assume ~10-15 apps
Shipping out to end users & collection of the old devices.
Level 1 & Level 2 break-fix of issues
Lifecycle management and tracking of the devices
Response and Resolution SLA targets will be aligned with the contractually defined support metrics for Designated Sites/ in agreement with Medtronic
Should have experience with Bash, Ansible, use of Ai tools, or should be technically capable to learn quickly to translate ansible scripts into bash scripts and install them via omnissa/MDM tools that Medtronic IT uses for Linux
Window device:
Provide hands and feet support for end user issues, which include troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues.
Install and troubleshoot office applications on primary level (O365, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, Adobe, browsers) and OS standard software and any other business software with knowledge articles provided by Medtronic.
Configure email and troubleshoot in case of an issue.
Lifecycle management and tracking of the devices.
Response and Resolution of SLA targets will be aligned with the contractually defined support metrics for Designated Sites.
Conduct Conference room support and readiness.
Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
