Billing Specialist – Multidisciplinary Chiropractic Office
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our growing multidisciplinary chiropractic practice. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in managing all aspects of medical billing and insurance coordination within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of medical billing experience
- Preferred experience in a multidisciplinary Chiropractic/ Medical Office
- Strong knowledge of:
- In-network and out-of-network insurance benefits
- Insurance verifications
- Credentialing providers
- Prior authorizations
- Payment Posting
- Claims submission and follow-up
- Appeals and denials management
- Familiarity with chiropractic, physical medicine, rehabilitation, or integrated healthcare billing is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and patient service skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Responsibilities:
- Verify patient insurance benefits and eligibility
- Obtain and track prior authorizations
- Manage provider credentialing and re-credentialing
- Submit insurance claims accurately and timely
- Follow up on unpaid claims, denials, and appeals
- Post payments and reconcile accounts
- Communicate with insurance companies and patients regarding billing questions
- Maintain compliance with billing regulations and office protocols
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with EHR/EMR and billing software
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and insurance guidelines
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Pay: $55,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
