Position Overview
We’re hiring full-time Sales Development Associates to support our event-based outreach campaigns. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, communication, and public engagement while working in a team-oriented environment. The compensation package for the Sales Development Associate consists of a base salary plus commissions and bonuses as well as a health & wellness benefits plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent PFS nonprofit campaigns at community events, pop-ups, and outreach activations
- Engage with the public to raise awareness and encourage support for nonprofit fundraising campaigns
- Build positive, professional relationships through face-to-face interactions
- Assist with event setup, coordination, and daily outreach activities
- Track interactions and provide feedback to support campaign performance
- Work with team members to meet daily and weekly outreach goals
- Speak with potential donors and enroll them for monthly donation plans
- Process new donor transactions at the point of sale
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in event-based environments (indoor and outdoor)
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and develop sales and outreach skills
- Full-time availability (Monday–Friday)
- Previous customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required
Compensation
- Remuneration: On target earnings of $55,000 – $65,000 annually. Compensation consists of a base salary plus commissions, incentives and bonuses. Top performers may earn up to $80,000 annually. The Sales Development Associate is a W-2 employee role.
