Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Arabic Tutor for 2 children (5th and 7th grade) in Woodstock, GA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire and empower students by fostering their language skills and cultural understanding. As an Arabic Tutor, you will design engaging lessons (SPECIFICALLY QUARAN TEACHING), utilize innovative learning technologies, and create a supportive environment that encourages growth and confidence in language acquisition. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help students of diverse backgrounds develop fluency in Arabic while cultivating a love for learning.
Duties
- Develop comprehensive curriculum plans tailored to individual student needs, incorporating modern teaching methods and technology tools
- Deliver dynamic, interactive lessons that enhance speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in Arabic
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust lesson plans to ensure continuous improvement
- Manage classroom activities effectively, maintaining a positive and respectful learning environment
- Incorporate cultural elements into lessons to deepen students' understanding of Arabic-speaking regions
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to support student success
- Utilize various educational resources including digital platforms, multimedia tools, and literacy education techniques
Experience
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching Arabic at various levels, from beginner to advanced learners
- Strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning for language acquisition
- Familiarity with learning technology and digital educational tools to enhance instruction
- Experience working with children and young learners in classroom or childcare settings
- Knowledge of classroom management strategies and special education needs is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds and varying skill levels
Pay: $23.76 - $28.62 per hour
