Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by regularly cleaning floors, countertops, and food preparation areas.
- Assist with food handling tasks as needed, ensuring all items are properly sanitized before use.
- Support banquet operations by preparing dishware and utensils for large events.
- Help with inventory management by organizing clean dishes and kitchen supplies.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
