The Department of Business Administration at the University of Holy Cross invites applications for the position of Assistant/Associate Professor of Accounting and Coordinator of the Bachelor of Science in Accounting Program. This position combines leadership, teaching, and service responsibilities and offers an opportunity to contribute to a growing, student-centered accounting program.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of the B.S. in Accounting program, including curriculum planning, assessment, scheduling, and faculty support.
- Teach undergraduate Accounting courses, both in-person and online.
- Advise Accounting majors and support student success initiatives.
- Actively promote the Accounting program through community outreach, networking, and recruitment activities.
- Maintain current knowledge of accounting education standards and align program outcomes with professional expectations.
- Participate in departmental meetings, program reviews, and university service.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Accounting or a closely related field with 18 graduate credits in Accounting. Doctorate preferred. CPA designation is a plus.
- Demonstrated minimum 5 years teaching experience in Accounting at the college or university level.
- Experience in online instruction and familiarity with Canvas learning management system.
- Strong advising and mentoring skills. Commitment to student engagement, academic integrity, and continuous program improvement.
- Active membership in professional accounting associations.
- Demonstrated experience and ability to promote the degree program through establishing and maintaining strong external partnerships with professional associations, accounting firms, financial institutions, and community organizations to enhance student recruitment and program visibility.
