Summary/objective
As a Warehouse Inventory Control Coordinator I, you will be responsible for managing transactions & data associated with planning, assigning, and supervising the daily ERP (D365 system) to ensure the efficient and accurate assignment of materials throughout the production operations.

Communicate with other departments to plan and manage material movements/ replenishment and put-away to ensure accurate and efficient production operations.

Advise management of problems while requesting guidance and counsel as appropriate.

Recommend solutions to warehouse operational problems.

Assist with the creation and maintenance of Standard Work instructions.

Identify opportunities for long-term improvements.

Listen and communicate effectively with the work team on difficult issues.

Assist with and perform miscellaneous projects as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.

Document and report non-conformance to expedite corrective measures and maximize long-term quality goals and training metrics.

Interpret documents to include safety requirements, planned production instructions, and processes and procedure documents.

Follow all safety, security regulations and requirements to ensure good leadership of all employees and operational activities which occur in the warehouse.

Competencies

Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email) ERP system experience desired.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently and unassisted.

Demands may include crouching, kneeling, reaching, performing repetitive motions; stand, stoop, pick, and walk for up to 8 hours a day.
Travel required
Required education and experience

Two years food manufacturing required.
Preferred education and experience

AA degree desired

Forklift and/or Pallet Jack certification
