The Position We Are Hiring For (40 Hours Total)
Sunday through Thursday 10:00am – 4:00pm
Responsibilities:
This position is for a shopping center.
You will be providing Security Officer services by conducting vehicle patrols to detect, report and deter unauthorized activities. You will frequently check in with property tenants and respond to any alarms or emergency situations in a timely manner. To maintain a secure environment, you will enforce the location's security policies and procedures. When needed, you will also coordinate with local law enforcement agencies. Using a cell phone, provided on location, you will keep a running Daily Activity Report while also submitting incident reports and maintenance requests when necessary.
Requirements:
- Must have an active DCJS Unarmed Security Registration
- Must have an active Driver’s License.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- A minimum of one (1) year of previous security experience is required.
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Ability to drive for extended periods of time, in all types of weather conditions.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Must have a working email and cell phone.
Notes:

Pay: $18.00 per hour
