Duties
- Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline.
- Conduct personalized vehicle presentations, highlighting features and benefits to meet customer needs effectively.
- Negotiate terms and close deals confidently while maintaining high levels of professionalism and transparency.
- Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.
- Upsell additional products or services such as warranties, financing options, or accessories to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette, and maintaining clear communication throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of automobile features and specifications.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with organizational skills to manage multiple clients and sales pipelines efficiently.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Strong communication skills, including public speaking and outbound calling experience, to engage customers confidently.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
