Client onboarding and proposals
· Gathering and preparing information for WMA meetings with client/prospect
· Preparing advisory annual review information
· Ensuring completion of risk underwriting process and investment account opening and funding
Client Meetings
· Participating in client meetings for financial or investment plan development or presentation
· Documenting meeting case notes in internal systems and setting follow up reminders and appointments accordingly
Client Service
· Corresponding with clients to handle service-related issues and updates
· Explaining advisory products or advisory performance to existing clients
· Maintaining case open system for account follow-ups and service requirements
· Prepare account summaries, running performance reports, projections of policy values and case note histories
· Willingness to learn, assist, and implement portfolio trades and modifications
Qualifications
· Florida Life, Accident & Health License
· Must have or be willing to obtain Series 7 and 63
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong critical thinking, financial analysis and problem-solving skills required
- Ability to manage multiple diverse projects and assignments in a timely and quality manner
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
· Demonstrated ability to maintain effective working relationships with clients
- Ability to look beyond the obvious and not stop at the first answers
· Willingness to learn
· Ability to work independently and in a team
· Ability to maintain confidentiality
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
