Duties
- Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs on various vehicles.
- Conduct mounting and balancing to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and efficiently during tire service tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions.
- Assist with general vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes and automotive diagnostics.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar automotive service role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance and tire services.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during tire installations and repairs.
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and techniques is a plus.
- Proficient in using power tools safely in an automotive environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented setting.
- A valid driver's license is required.
